Facilities for Hire

Below are a list of the facilities that we have for hire.  For viewings of the facilities, booking enquiries and charges, please contact the office on 09 238 8773 or email accounts@pukekoheshowgrounds.co.nz

Massey Hall

  • Useful for large gatherings or events – has a small kitchen area and access to toilets / showers.
  • A standalone hall a short distance from the main entrance. 
  • A large roller door provides easy access for event set up.

President’s Room 

  • Upstairs in the main building.
  • Useful for medium – large meetings. 
  • Has fully equipped kitchen and toilets. 
  • Use of 2 x whiteboards.
  • Wifi available.

Downstairs Meeting Room 

  • Can take up to 20 people.
  • Fully equipped kitchen and toilet facilities.
  • Use of whiteboards.
  • Wifi available.

Examples of Groups who use the facilities:

Franklin Federated Farmers

They use the President’s Room for their AGM and other meetings.

NZ Mountain Safety Council

They use the President’s Room for their monthly Firearms Safety Seminars and Licensing.

Franklin County Archers

They use Massey Hall for weekly archery training, as well as running local and national competitions.
